Drive By/Drop Off for FISH & Community Thanksgiving

The Good News Committee invites you to continue our tradition of leveraging our generosity to make a difference in our community. On Saturday, Nov. 7th, you
are invited to bring non-perishable food items from the list below to Door B between 9am and noon. Donations will be given to the FISH Food Pantry where they especially need:

• · any kind of crackers
• · cereals
• · cake and cornbread mixes
• · jelly and peanut butter
• · condiments such as pickles, mustard or ketchup.

Can you imagine how difficult it is to have a thankful heart when your family faces serious financial struggles — especially at Thanksgiving, our most food-centric holiday? We can lend a hand by sharing some soup. Yes, it’s time again to donate the infamous Cream of Mushroom soup. Simply bring the soup to the Drive By/Drop Off, and the Good News Committee, in partnership with Tom and Jan Dwenger, will make sure all 250 cans of it get to Evermore Community Church where volunteers pack the Community Thanksgiving meals for distribution to local families.
