Girl Scouts from Troop 60725: Elise, Addison, Emma, & Alex, along with a few friends, worked in the blistering heat to give the crosses on the hill a fresh coat of paint. The troop led by Susan Moseley has been actively meeting at the church for several years and has volunteered to serve in other ways, as well. One scout created a Kids Zone and stocked it with busy bags and activities to be used by children during worship. Others helped with collection drives sponsored by the church. The entire troop has served as ushers on multiple occasions.
We are blessed to have these active young scouts growing at St. Jacob's!
